We believe that AOL and Comcast have a "very aggressive" SPAM policy. We understand that up to 25% of all "reasonable" email is automatically stopped and deleted by their systems before it ever gets to your mail box or spam folder.
To ensure a constant connection at our "technical office" we have 2 separate internet providers, with our web site (and so domain name) being hosted by a different company again.
This perfectly normal business setup can cause their systems to believe that all our "administration" emails are spam and so the vast majority of any replies we send you will be automatically deleted by them.
We have tried talking with them and achieved nothing. If you were to use Yahoo or any of the many free and easily set up email accounts you stand a much better chance of receiving all the emails sent to you.
If you do set up a new email account please let us know your new email address 24 hours before you book a seminar or register with us.

This could be why AOL is apparently losing a million customers every three months and you have to search quite hard to find any businesses using their service.
